  1. Hello!
My name is Cheryl. I am trying the No Sugar, No Flour Diet very hard. I totally enjoyed your websites homepage. Your honesty is awesome.
I too, am in the program. I also have MS and Rheumatism.

It is so difficult some days to do this. Having to eat with some of the medications I take I fall into the snack category often! Of course only to justify that I won’t get a hole in my stomach or my liver won’t be any more shot than it already is from drinking!

I also have two young children. They are 10 and 12. The younger one wants/needs to do something like this but I am finding it difficult to find her lunch ideas.

I am eager to continue looking thru your site and trying to come up with ideas that my family will like so I don’t have to cook 4 meals nightly.

I do have a question though. I thought even whole wheat duram wasn’t allowed? I am confused with this item. Being as such that flour has more than one name just like sugar does.

Well, that is all I have to share. I found your site refreshing and have bookmarked it for the future. Thanks and have a blessed day.

    Cheryl Lyons

  2. Hi Cheryl,

I’m so sorry, I didn’t see this question until now. You are right that we don’t do flour, however, “100% whole durum wheat” is a whole grain….just make sure that that is the only ingredient. Again, I’m so sorry that I didn’t see this.

    Have a great day!
