Have you done your yoga lately?

I think that I’ve gone 2 or 3 weeks without doing yoga.  With the winter coming I’ve felt more like hibernating and less like moving so I’ve just done the bare minimum when it comes to exercise.  I’ve been doing “The Firm 2 x’s a week and Pilate’s here and there thinking that I was getting the most out of my time….even though I know better.  Yoga stretches us, releases emotions, stress, mental garbage, toxins, it really is in a class all on it’s own…and really very valuable.  This morning I had to stop twice because I was so nauseous and was reminded of how amazing this practice is.  I feel more in tune with my body again and I want to feed it better too….I’ve been drifting back into more and more cooked foods but feeling the toxins release so intensely this morning makes me want to be more clean.  I heard Tony Robbins say once, “Nothing tastes as good as thin feels”.  He’s so right….but I would like to add, nothing tastes as good as health feels.
