That’s what I’ve called him since he was a baby…and I have more nicknames too. He’s 18 today and growing into such an awesome human being! I’m not just saying that because I’m his mom…and I will tell you that he is the absolute best son anyone could hope for…I love him so much and am so grateful to have him in my life…it’s so exciting to watch and hear what he’s going to do next….it’s way beyond what I ever hoped for…he’s really cool.
Another very exciting thing happening is Extreme Home Makeover is blessing a family right in our little town…and we really need a pick me up like this…it is so heartwarming….we’re going to be there to yell, “Move That Bus!”
Food wise, I’m still about 80% or more raw. I don’t know that I want to go further than that…at least for now…but I do feel very good eating this way. I know I keep saying this, but it seems like blocks and emotional issues are getting blasted away more and more. Spiritually I feel more in tune as well.
My goal this week is to get the Ph article on the website. I need to get the information out there…I don’t know why I’m having such a hard time getting it together…it’s so important.
We aired a video on Vibe…a nutritional supplement that we take…last week, it’s something that has made a significant difference in our lives and we wanted to share it with you. Click Here to View the Video.
I thought that life would get “back to normal” once school started…but what’s normal? The kids are both doing very well in school…that’s priority #1. I’m the one having trouble getting my barrings. I wonder if I’m going through a mid life crisis or something….perhaps it is the empty nest syndrome….but my nest isn’t empty and I have so many things to be grateful for and to look forward to…and I’m really enjoying Alexis….it’s nice for her to get the up front and center role…she’s the oldest, (and the youngest) and she’s doing very well with it. We talk to Brett every night and love hearing about the exciting things he’s doing…all summer he kept saying he’s bored…he said that once last week…but it’s so easy to find things to do in collage…and he loves a challenge.
Well that’s life this week…I hope that all is well with you.
Alexis just came down with her retainer covered in what looked like…spider legs!!! We think, no….that is just too awful to concider. Her Kitty was going nuts trying to wake her up…and did…he wouldn’t leave her alone…do you think he was trying to warn her? Well, it didn’t have any sugar or flour in it : )
August was a very busy month. Brett is now settled at U of M and doing very well…what a huge transition…but that place is definitely for him. Alexis just went back to school today too…she can’t believe that summer is over already.
I took Jack to a Cardiologist today, he does have a problem with his heart valve, but it’s not as bad as they thought. They did put him on medication…I have more questions about that…it won’t heal him and it can hurt his kidneys…it’s supposed to slow the flow of blood to his lungs…I have more questions. I’ve been giving him Co-enzyme Q 10, olive oil and pro-biotics twice a day along with his multi-vitamin…he appears to be doing very well…he is looking all over for Brett though.
I’m excited to get back to this web site, finish my Holistic Health Care Practitioner Certification and do the class in October. I thought that I had information about the body’s Ph balance on the site…but I don’t…so that will be coming very soon…it’s very important.
I missed you guys and I’m glad to be back!
